Perrywoods Youth 5-2 St Johns Tigers
Team depleted with hols & sickness, that said, the team turned in probably there best performance in terms of effort & commitment.
Josh Tilt moved up from defence to midfield & he was magnificient.
He scored
a super solo goal to open the scoringing.
Alex Lowe continued his
predatory eye for goal making it 2-0. Eliot Stone made it 3-0 with a superb
20yd lob.
St John's pulled one back & then Alex scored another taken
calmly from an accute angle.
Half Time 4-1.
2nd half saw St. John's getting increasingly rattled, but PWY gave away a
sloppy gaol to make it 4-2 & to give St
Johns some hope.
Eathan Dean Richards pace troubled St John's back
line & when fouled in the box, a penalty
was the only conclusion.
Alex Lowe stood up & calmly placed the ball to
the keepers left to claim yet another hat trick.
Final Score 5-2.
All in all a really great performance which
the lads should be very proud of.
